Negligent Truck Driver Spills Cargo and Wrecks Canadian Highway

On Friday, June 22, a semi truck driving along Toronto’s busiest highway crashed into the post of an electronic sign. The truck spilled its seemingly harmless cargo: yogurt cups. The liquid from the cups covered four lanes of traffic–making a sticky and slippery mess for all drivers in the area.

Despite its sweet cargo, the truck had the potential to cause serious damage to other drivers on the road. If that were the case, the truck driver and their company would be liable for any damage that others may incur after slipping and sliding through the mess.
