Fiery Crash Involving Tractor-Trailer Shuts Down I-84
On Tuesday, March 30, 2021, both eastbound and westbound lanes on I-84 were closed after a crash involving a tractor-trailer caught fire. The crash took place on the Rochambeau Bridge. While there was no serious injuries or structural to the highway, traffic remained closed for both lanes until the westbound lane reopened at 1:45 PM but the eastbound lane remained closed for several more hours.
