Businesses Still Have to Pay Debts

When a local restaurant closed its doors, the news soon came out that they are being sued for several months of unpaid rent.

There are laws requiring even failing businesses to pay their employees and debts. We assume this fine restaurant is doing the right thing but thought we would remind the public to call the Department of Labor if they are owed wages. The government is there to help.
