The information you have is critical, that’s why there is a False Claims Act and Qui Tam.   If under the Federal Claims Act you help the Government recover money through a Qui Tam action the Government will share the money with you under the False Claims Act.  The False Claims Act was enacted by congress after the Civil War because of all the abuse by government contractors.
